Touted as a feather-light eyeshadow that deposits extreme pigment, the USA was the last to recieve it as Europe and Asia have had it for months. It promises to 'blend out' with a gradiant effect when blended out, as depicted by the picture. Much like watercolor painting I guess. The special ingredient are nylon microspheres that contribute to it's satiny finish. Comes in 8 different colors.
